Wilma Louise Black, 94, of Quinton, went to be with her Lord Friday, July 1, 2022.'
She was a devout Christian and a loving wife and mother.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband L.T. Black; her parents, James and Stacie Lawson; four grandchildren and six siblings.
She is survived by her children, Brenda Smith Godwin (Clyde), Janice Tuggle, Gaytha Fuller, Debra Tuggle (James), Donny Black (Cheryl) and Teresa Woodruff (Mike); brother Ollie “Buster” Lawson; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 3, 2022, at New Life Christian Assembly in Dora. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 2 p.m. and burial following at Brasfield Cemetery in Quinton.
