Phillips: City doing all it can do on I-22 lights

Naramore concerned about labor, parts shortage slowing down project

CARBON HILL - A co-owner of the Rolling T Truck Stop and Cafe expressed concern Thursday a parts shortage and labor issues were delaying new lights on U.S. Interstate 22 - although Carbon Hill Mayor David Phillips said the city was doing what it can do and that Taylor Electrical Contractors of Cottondale has no way to make a profit on its contract.
