May 2, 1972 - October 15, 2020
Lynda "Kowgirl" Beasley lived her crazy life by her own standards, dressed in a miniskirt, cowgirl boots and a pistol on her side. Her spirit was as free as a bird.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Franklin Beasley; and mother, Lorraine K. Beasley, both formerly of Carbon Hill.
She will be truly missed by her partner of 10 years, Roy S. Jean; her heartfelt daughter, Dana Cain; two sisters; three brothers; a slew of nieces and nephews; two heartfelt grandchildren, and more friends than anyone could imagine.
Lynda's final resting place will be between her father and mother at Pocahontas Cemetery in Carbon Hill.
A memorial honoring Lynda's life will be celebrated the weekend of November 7, 2020.
