Local women launch Thrive Walker County

Posted

We launched Thrive on Aug. 1 with 24 consecutive hours of prayer from different amazing intercessors all over Walker County. We have a vision for Walker County to thrive. We believe that God knows exactly where we live and that He sees us and loves us unconditionally just as we are. We also believe that God has an amazing destiny for Walker County and we want to be faithful in doing our part to see that plan fulfilled.

Thrive Walker County is a community of women who diligently pray for Walker County. We believe in God and we believe in each other. Every woman in this community is an important part of the success and stature of Walker County.

Psalms 144:12 says our daughters are like corner pillars. It is so beautiful that daughters are described as pillars. When Solomon originally built the temple of God, two bronze pillars were even named.

2 Chronicles 3:17 says, “Then he set up the pillars in front of the sanctuary, one on the right and one on the left. He named the one on the right Jachin (He will establish) and the one on the left Boaz (strength is in Him).”

God designed women to hold each other and others up. He names, establishes and strengthens us to do just that.

We want everyone in Walker County to know that you are not alone! God sees you and He adores you! We also want you to know that we are here for you and we believe in you. If you ever need prayer, you can request prayer 24 hours a day, seven days a week at thrivewomen.net.

We have intercessors on call to pray for you right now and you can even reach out confidentially. We post new, life-giving, encouraging messages every Monday morning at 9 a.m. on our Facebook page from gifted local women. We would love to connect with you on facebook or at local community events. You matter! Your prayers matter! Your voice matters!
