Holocaust survivor speaks to Carbon Hill students

Holocaust survivor Stephen Berger spoke virtually to students at Carbon Hill Jr. High School on Friday.

Berger, a native of Hungary, told the students of his experience in a ghetto and later a concentration camp. He also did slave labor at a camp in Austria.

A total of 26 members of Berger's family died during the Holocaust.

One Carbon Hill student asked Berger what he thought could be done to make sure nothing like the Holocaust ever happens again. Berger's response? "Remember."
