Dr. Larry Ferguson, president of Bevill State Community College, announced Thursday that he had submitted his letter of resignation to the Alabama Community College System (ACCS).
The decision comes as the result of Ferguson being presented with the opportunity to return to his home state of Kentucky to serve as a vice president for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
