6 arrested after search warrants executed in Argo, Sipsey

Four people were arrested Monday when Walker County Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force Agent Jared Hall (who also serves as Dora’s Police Chief) and sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant in Scott’s Trailer Park in the Argo Hill Community.

The search warrant was executed while the rest of the team was executing a search warrant in the Sipsey community, where two people were arrested.

In Argo, officers recovered two stolen firearms, counterfeit U.S. Currency, methamphetamine, Suboxone and drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Jane Ender, 24, of Pineywoods, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone), possession of a forged instrument 1st (counterfeit U.S. currency), receiving stolen property 2nd and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler Daniel Johnson, 31, Of Cordova, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone), possession of a forged instrument 1st (counterfeit U.S. currency), receiving stolen property 2nd and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Thomas Disharoon, 40, of Temple, Georgia, was arrested for public intoxication, obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest.

Jessica Suzanne Elam, 33 of Jasper, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two arrested in Sipsey

On Monday, the Walker County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, Narcotics and K-9 divisions executed a search warrant on 5th Ave West in Sipsey.

The search warrant was obtained after Narcotics Investigator Blair Huddleston conducted an investigation of distribution of heroin from the residence involving multiple people.

Sabrina Diane Dixon Gregory, 42 of Sipsey, was arrested for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Terrill Marshawn Starks, 42 of Sipsey, was arrested for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Distribution cases can involve on average eight to 10 hours of work from beginning to end resulting in a Class B Felony charge placed on the suspect.

These time-intensive cases can carry stiffer penalties than a simple possession case.
