Let's clean out the notebook ... • We are starting to get calls about how Halloween will be handled in Walker County. That is tricky. There is no real government guidance necessarily on Halloween unless it is to say you can't do this or that. Household trick-or-treating will be almost impossible to govern; "go at your own risk" will be the watch word on that I think. We need for organized efforts to let us know if they are going to have any events this year in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Let's clean out the notebook ... • Well, I saw the debate Tuesday night. I'll miss all of you when I move to Canada, but I can't take the shame. I'll have to grow a beard and learn French so they don't know I'm American, because if they do no one will lower their dignity to talk to me. (After waiting for college football, it was for nothing - half of America probably threw bricks at their TV screens that night and can't watch anything now. Although for LSU that might be a blessing.)

I think most Christians cringe when they hear the word evolution; all should. The reason being is those who promote evolution ignore God as the creator.  (Gen 1:1) “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
