CARBON HILL - The Fayette accountant who has helped Carbon Hill with its past muddled financial accounting said the city still has not reconciled financial records for a number of years - and that the city may be forced to start fresh with auditing on the 2021 records, a move that still may not satisfy those handing out loans and grants.
