WALKER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT SPECIAL IMMUNIZATION CLINIC will be held Tuesday, July 27, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for students, ages 11 or 12, who will be entering 6th grade for the 2011 school year. This is a NEW requirement. Bring a copy of immunization certificate (blue slip) from school or a copy of personal immunization record. You can also call Health Department to schedule an appointment for another date if you desire. Parking permits $20 (must provide driver’s license and proof of insurance with a current expiration date).
