WALKER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT SPECIAL IMMUNIZATION CLINIC will be held Tuesday, July 27, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for students, ages 11 or 12, who will be entering 6th grade for the 2011 school year. This is a NEW requirement. Bring a copy of immunization certificate (blue slip) from school or a copy of personal immunization record.
