William loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He was proud of them all and their accomplishments. He was looking forward to Monday night and watching his grandson play in and win the BCS National Championship at the Rose Bowl for Florida State University.
He was a former Figure 8 champion at Sayre Speedway in the 1980’s. He was a NASCAR fan. He had pride in his job as an auto body repair technician from which he retired in 2012, but retirement was not for him, because he had to stay busy, so he would go to a friend’s shop and “help out.” He loved seeing Don and spending time with him each day.
