Aldridge was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army, and was also a member of the Masons.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Doris Aldridge.
Clarence is survived by his sons, Kerry (Darlene) Aldridge and Kevin (Brenda) Aldridge; five grandchildren; eight great·grandchildren; brothers, Billy Ray, Jerry and Roger Webster; and his sisters, Dorthy Davis, Shirly EarIy, Brenda Sergant, Diane Newell and Jeanette McCarty.
Church services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Abundant Life Church of God. Aldridge will lie in repose from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Walker Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home.
