Dorthy Lillian Perry, 90, of Gadsden, formerly of the Tutwiler community, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at her residence.

Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. in the parlor at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be graveside Monday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. in the Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper. Jack Dover will officiate.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Cranford Smith; mother, Mandy Loraine Davis Smith; husband, Hubert Perry; son, Raymond Edsel Perry; grandchild, Kimberly Anisa Perry Smith; three brothers, J.C. Smith, Doug Smith and Jack Smith; and four sisters, Inez Mullinax, Eveleen Duvall, Jean Smith, and Lorraine Garrett.

She is survived by two daughters, Nina Fay Perry Morgan (William) of Gadsden and Phyllis Lee; one son, Charles Edward Perry; two sisters, Donalene Willings and Martha Purvis; two brothers, Alfred Smith and Ray Smith (Carolyn); five grandchildren, Penne Perry Mott (Randy), Theresa Sue Clements (Benny), Randi Perry Rhine (Treavor), Nikki Morgan Knapp (Randy), and Nathaniel Lee; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
