There will be a service of remembrance on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Mr. Riley’s residence at 20 Sparkman Lane Apt. 29E (Cordova Park Apartments) in Cordova. Chaplain Kenneth Brunner will facilitate the service and the Walker County Honor Guard will offer military honors.
Preceding him in death was his son, Timothy Patrick Riley; grandson, Jacob Sloan Riley; great-granddaughter, Raven Riley; parents, Alvin and Lillian Espy Riley; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his son, James Riley of Adamsville; daughters, Lillian Riley McGehee of Adamsville and Jennifer Riley Brooks and her husband, Jeff, of Birmingham; grandchildren, Steven Wayne Riley, Timothy Patrick Riley Jr., Brittney McGehee, Kelsey McGehee, Alexandra Riley, Lee Ann Elenburg, Eric Berry, Timothy Paul Riley, Destiny Riley, Cody Riley and Joshuah Riley; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Hall, Beta Hall, Coda Elenburg, Kyndal Riley and Ava Riley; life partner, Sharon Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
