The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 21, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 21, 2013, at noon in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Scott Cemetery. Kyle Gilpin and Dale Hubbert will officiate. Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Kinney was preceded in death by his wife, April Michelle Kinney; grandparents, Aruthur Lee Kinney and Mary Evelyn Kinney; and brother, Ken Seward.
He is survived by his mother, Sharlene Tubbs; father, David Kinney; daughter, Sara Kate Kinney; step-daughter, Gracie Gregory; son, William Jackson Kinney; sisters, Auletta Dill, Melynda Hendon (Jason), Ginger Tipton and Christy Snow (Kevin); brothers, William David Kinney (Lori) and Ronnie Lee Kinney (Lashell); grandmother, Shirley Faye Tubbs; aunts and uncles, Robin Tubbs Brand, Earnest Tubbs (Pam) and Donald Tubbs (Tara); and special friend, Kim Hadder.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Weaver, Jimmy Tucker, Kevin Dill, Jamie Bridges, John Perry and Clint Pegg.
