Vistitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Feb. 16, 2013, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasantfield Cemetery. Larry Morrow will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Jones; parents, Charles and Daisy Custred; sisters, Mable Martin and Evelyn Busby; and brothers, Charles Custred and Bill Custred.
She is survived by her son, Phillip Jones and wife, Jane, of Fairhope; grandchildren, Ann Prestridge of Mt. Olive and Doug Jones and his wife, Angie, of Athens; great-grandchildren, Sara Rylee Jones, Topper Prestridge, Abby Jones, Jacob Jones and Anna-Kate Prestridge; sister, Mary Ruth Franklin of Goodsprings; and many nieces and nephews.
