Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2 p.m. today, Feb. 5, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 5, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairview Baptist Cemetery in Oakman. Donnell Brown will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ark M. Hood; mother, Deliah Dunn Hood; husband, Noel C. Keene; daughters, Joyce Lee Woods and Baby Woods; sisters, Pauline Gurganus, Mary Miller, Pearlie Kirkpatrick and Gertrude Woods; brother, Jamie Hood; granddaughters, Paula Ford, Lori Ratliff and Heather Ratliff; and grandson, Garry Ford.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Smallwood (Rusty) of Jasper, Brenda Creel, Doris Gunter and Faye Honeycutt; sons, James Woods (Betty) and Ronald A. Woods (Connie); brother, Sam Hood Jr.; 18 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
