Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until noon today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. A private family graveside service at Liberty Grove Church of Christ Cemetery in Jasper will be held at a later date. Vaughn McCaleb will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her father, Nolen Chambless; mother, Irene Carroll Chambless; husband, Isaac Edward “Ed” Woodley; son, David Nolen Woodley; brothers, Gene Chambless and George Chambless; and great-granddaughter, Marlee Jo McCaleb.
She is survived by her daughters, Martha (David) Martin and Phyllis (David) McCaleb; son, Steve (Tammy) Woodley; brothers, Ray (Kate) Chambless and Tommy (Kathryn) Chambless; sister-in-law, Dollie Chambless; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
