The family will hold a memorial service in his honor at 3:30 p.m. on today, Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Blell was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Sue Blell.
He is survived by his daughter, Dianne Blell of New York, N.Y.; daughter, Sherry Blell Zimmerman (Tom) of Chicago, Ill.; son, Fred Blell of Gulf Shores; daughter, Suzie Bleil Amsberry (Richard) of Atlanta, Ga.; daughter, Diana Bleil of Jasper; and son, Jeff Bleil (Misty) of Jasper; and granddaughters, Ariel Bleil, Carolynne Amsberry, Lexi Amerson, Maddie Bleil, Anna Beth Bleil and Jessica Martin.
