Johnnie Daniel Myers, 89, of Jasper, passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at his residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Myers Family Cemetery in Bremen. The Rev. Wayne Williams and the Rev. Eddie Nichols will officiate. There will be no visitation.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Myers; mother, Cora Elizabeth Nichols Myers; son, Denise Eugene Myers; sisters, Mary Howey, Betty Goldsmith, Ruby Allred, Flossie Myers, Lola Williams, Lois Myers and Louise Myers; and brother, Jimmy Myers.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Lorene Way Myers; and daughters, Benita M. Wilson (Bufford) of Jasper, Diane Myers and Phylis Kirkland; and sons, Jimmie Myers and Edward Myers (Brenda); ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jason Wilson, Michael Myers, Justin Kirkland, Steve Forrester, Josh Farley and Ron McEwen.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of Cullman.
