Granada Mae Harbison, born on May 27, 1936, went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 9, 2012, at her home. She was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She loved for all her family members to come together to play guitars, sing and have dinner together. She was very fun-loving, soft-hearted and sweet-spoken woman that will be missed dearly.

She has joined her parents, Vaden Harbison (father) and Berlie Harbison mother); brothers, Jack Harbison, Julain Harbison, Jerry Harbison and Jim Harbison; and sisters, Vaudie Brooks and Johnny Harbison.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Stewart and Sandra Stewart; a grandson, James Eric Dutton (Marla); two great-grandchildren, Jonathan Bradley Inman and Zackary Kyle Inman; brothers, Kenneth Harbison (Gail) and Larry Harbison; sister, Jean Pate (Benny); several nieces and nephews; and an aunt.

She will be laid to rest at New Hope Church of Christ in Oakman today, Dec. 11, 2012. The viewing will be at 11 a.m. today with funeral services at noon in the Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel.
