Sherry Darlene Atchley Lewis, 55, of Empire died on Sunday, July 1, 2012, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Little Vine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Clell C. and Sue Owens Atchley; daughter, Dawn Lewis; and grandson, Faith Campbell.

Survivors include her children, Jade Campbell and her husband, Sam, of Empire, Jesse Posey of Birmingham, and Hope Smith and her husband, Harper, of Gainesville, Fla.; grandchildren, Angel Campbell and Jasper Oliver Lane Campbell, both of Empire; sister, Tammy Atchley of Smith Lake; brother, Clell C. “Buddy” Atchley of Michigan; and a host of other relatives and friends.
