Thanks to team victories against Deshler, Corner and St. John Paul II on Thursday night, the Jasper Vikings have earned the right to host the first and second round of the AHSAA Duals Tournament next week at Carl Cannon Coliseum.

Prep Wrestling: Jasper wins 3 matches, earns right to host Duals

Thanks to team victories against Deshler, Corner and St. John Paul II on Thursday night, the Jasper Vikings have earned the right to host the first and second round of the AHSAA Duals Tournament next week at Carl Cannon Coliseum.
The Vikings defeated Deshler 82-0, Corner 55-18 and St. John Paul II 76-6, taking Jasper’s dual record on the season to 23-4. Earning individual wins against Corner were Ethan Caldwell (106 pounds), Erik Gunter (113 pounds), Antonio Nash (120 pounds), Cooper Brooks (126 pounds), Dylan Garner (132 pounds), Alex Glass (138 pounds), Maney Havis (145 pounds), Preston Reed (152 pounds), Zach Whitehead (160 pounds), Dashton Rush (195 pounds) and Brodie Vinson (285 pounds).
The first and second round of the AHSAA Duals Tournament will be held on Thursday.
