Lavish up for statewide award

Posted

A Jasper business is in the running to be named the Retailer of the Year by the Alabama Retail Association.

Lavish Boutique and Coffee Bar is the only Jasper business nominated for the award with voting taking place on the ARA’s Facebook page.

We are so excited to have been nominated for this award,” said Shannon Beaty, owner Lavish. “It’s such an honor and a blessing. We have the best customers and live in an awesome community that have supported us for the past 6 years.”

Beaty is asking customers and the public in general to visit the Facebook page of the Alabama Retail Association by 4 p.m. today to vote for Lavish. To vote, a person must either “like” or “love” the Lavish photo. A “like” counts for one vote, while a “love” counts as two votes.

Beaty said the staff at Lavish love what they do, and they enjoy interacting with their customers on the boutique side and in the coffee shop.

“We truly get to do what we love because of our customers,” she said. “It’s about dressing and inspiring women of all seasons of life. Fixing up your next cup of Joe and providing a place to hang out with friends; a place to meet outside the office or study for the next final.

“The best part of it all is the relationships we have made along the way,” Beaty added. “We love our customers. Thank you. Now let’s ROCK the VOTE.”
