Jasper Junior High STEM event tests probabilities

Jasper Junior High School seventh and eighth graders participated in a STEM "Shark Tank"-type competition Friday, where teams demonstrated and explained carnival games they created to judges from the business industry. The students were showing what they had learned about mathematical probabilities and other skills. Daily Mountain Eagle Managing Editor Ron Harris participated as one of the judges, who asked questions and tried out some of the games.
