The Jasper Police Department recently completed a drug bust that took another dealer off the streets of Walker County.

The Jasper Narcotics Division and Critical Incident Response Team executed a search warrant Wednesday at the Jasper residence of 33-year-old Nicholas Jermaine Poe, located at 903 26th Street E.

Agents Chris Robinson and David Trotter carried out the search, which resulted in the arrests of Poe, Thomas Vail Davis, 53, Patrick David Stewart, 35, and Christopher Paul Parham, 39, all of Jasper and in the residence during the sweep.

Jasper Police Chief J.C. Poe said agents found cocaine, heroine, methamphetamine, stolen property and cash inside the residence.

The search warrant was issued as a follow-up from undercover agents purchasing drugs from Nicholas Poe.

“Our officers did a great job in securing the buys and the search warrant and getting this person off the street,” Chief Poe said.

Nicholas Poe is currently housed in the Walker County Jail on a $120,000 cash bond and is charged with four counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Davis is also being held on bond at the Walker County Jail and is charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Patrick Stewart and Christopher Parham were both arrested on a failure to appear warrant, and it is unknown if they remain in jail.
