William Beard, 60, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Shadescrest Health Care Center in Jasper. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. with funeral services starting at noon on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Faith Chapel. The Rev. Avery Pruitt will officiate. Burial will be held at Gay Reed Cemetery.
