Erin Marie Mosley and Adam Caldwell Waldron were united in marriage on July 17, 2010, at 6 in the evening at First United Methodist Church of Jasper. Dr. Wilson Benton officiated the ceremony. A reception followed at The Highlands on 4th.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Jerry Vann Mosley of Jasper. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Oliver Mosely and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Vincent Leberte, all of Birmingham.
The groom is the son of Mr.and Mrs. Charles Philip Waldron Sr. of St. Louis, Mo. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clare Waldron of Cosby, Tenn., and Mrs. Angeline Shealy Vance and the late Mr. Royce Homer Vance of Meridian, Miss.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory silk taffeta and and alencon lace gown by Amsale. The alencon lace bust had spaghetti straps and a full rouched cumberbund at the natural waist. The full ballgown skirt swept to a chapel length train. Completing her ensemble was a custom made two tiered veil of illusion. A lace scallop trimmed the edge of the elbow and chapel length veil. She carried a bouquet of white peonies.
Miss Kristen Celeste Mosely of Jasper, sister of the bride, attended as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Emily Taylor Acton of Durham, N.C., Mrs. Elizabeth Ivey Blackburn of Kailua, Hawaii, Mrs. Darcy Matthews Mosely of Jasper, Miss Carrie Elizabeth Waldron of St. Louis, Mo., Mrs. Sarah Smalley Dudley and Mrs. Kala Hancock Waldron, both of Birmingham, and Mrs. Emily Guthrie Farrell and Mrs. Henley Groves McKnight, both of Atlanta, Ga. The bride’s second cousin, Miss Caitlyn Elizabeth Mosely of Trussville, was the flower girl.
The groom’s father, Mr. Charles Philip Walden Sr., served as best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Robert Cleveland Cunningham of Auburn, Mr. Bradford Donald Jeffcoat of Nederland, Tenn., Mr. Benjamin Taylor Mayo of Chapel Hill, N.C., Dr. Taylor Alvin Mosely of Jasper, Mr. Eric Lionel Bain and Mr. Charles Philip Waldon Jr., both of St. Louis, Mo., and Mr. Wesley Edward Bonds and Mr. Vance Maxwell Waldron, both of Birmingham. The groom’s second cousin, Mr. David Mazwell Caperton of Louisville, Miss., was the ring bearer.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia in the British West Indies and now resides in Nashville, Tenn.
William A. McBee Jr. of Parrish and Donna Lynn Pounds-McBee of Cordova are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacy Rose McBee of Jasper, to Tyler Joe Ellis of Sumiton, the son of Mickey Joe Ellis and Terri Sides-Ellis.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of William McBee and Janice McBee of Parrish and Kenneth and Ann Pounds of Cordova.
She is a 2003 graduate of Parrish High School and 2008 RN graduate of BSCC-Jasper. She is currently employed with Walker Baptist Medical Center and St. Vincent’s Hospital.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Rev. Joseph M. Ellis and Louise Bland Ellis of Corner, and the late Fred S. Sides and the late Gene Sanford Sides of Dora.
He is a 2003 graduate of Dora High School. He is currently employed with Rexann Beverage Co.
The wedding will take place at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010, at the River’s Bend Golf Course. Formal invitations have been sent.

She is currently employed at the Daily Mountain Eagle as an account executive.

He is currently employed at Penske Truck Leasing in Bessemer.
