Smith and his wife, Anita, of Burnwell, and Donna Windham and her husband, Steve, of Adamsville; brothers, Frank Elmore and his wife, Marjorie, of Dora, Eulas Elmore of Kansas City, Mo., and Johnny Elmore of Kansas City, Mo.; sister, Martha Nickols and her husband, Howard, of Sumiton; grandchildren, Steven Windham, Brandon Rich, Keith Rich, Richie Rich, Joshua Smith, Kayla Smith and Jeremy Freeman; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
