Lecil Bruce Ingle, 72, of Eldridge, passed away on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Ingle was born on March 28, 1940 in Walker County. He was the son of Robert Francis Ingle and Rosie Lackey Ingle. He was a resident of Eldridge most of his life and attended Eldridge school. He was retired from Arvin Industries at Fayette with 30 years of service. He was a farmer in his earlier years, a gunsmith for 40 years, a member of UAW Local 759 and a member of the Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Willie Ingle; a sister, Mamorene Heathcock; and two brothers, Buford and M.L. Ingle.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth Heathcock Ingle of Eldridge; one son, Kevin Bruce Ingle of Eldridge; one sister, Linda Johnson of Las Vegas, Nev.; three brothers, Elvin Ingle and his wife, Evelyn, of Eldridge, Clifford Ingle of Jasper and Larry Ingle and his wife, Pat, of St. Clair, Mo.; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A graveside service and burial will be held on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Old Union Cemetery near Eldridge. Morris Helton and Webster Tittle will officiate. Visitation will be held on today, Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Miles Funeral Home in Winfield.
