Nolen was preceded in death by his wife, Debra June Gay Nolen; father, Monroe Nolen; and mother, Willie Lee Burton Nolen.
He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Nolen, Jennifer Nolen and Kim Mason; sisters, Renea Lawson, Marie Powel, Melissa Dreher and Lula Clements; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
