Hope Wilson, 55, of Jasper, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at Walker Baptist Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the New Calvary Freewill Baptist Church on Prospect Road in Nauvoo with Pastor Bobby Connell officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Boldo Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Pearl Wilson; and her son, Rayburn Wilson.

She is survived by one daughter, Ruby Taylor of Jasper; two sons, James Taylor of Parkin, Ark., and Roy Wilson of Parkin, Ark.; two brothers, Alfred Wilson of Parkin, Ark., and Eddy Wilson of Blackfish, Ark.; four sisters, Irene Henderson and Mary Siders, both of Blackfish, Ark., Pastsay Pendley of Earl, Ark., and Robbie Whiter of Parkin, Ark.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Burnett, Thomas Mott, Buddy Lucas, Calvi Young, Adam Connell, Michael Shemwell, Sebastian Phenix and Larry Pelt.
