He was preceded in death by is wife, Carolyn Duke Faulkner; wife, Betty Vansickle McGough; parents, Willie B. and Lera Norris McGough; sister, Betty Jean Crossland; and nephew, Daryl McGough.
He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Brown (Matthew) of Atoka, Tenn., and Valerie Skinner of Chattanooga; son, Mike McGough (Terri) of Atoka; sisters, Willie Mae Smith (Ken) of Jasper, Mary Frances Young of Millington, Tenn., Tommie Lou Key (Scott) of Montgomery and Dianne McCoy of Memphis, brother, Carlos McGough (Annette) of Jasper; stepdaughter, Pam Bendall (Ed) of Bartlett, Tenn.; and stepson, Rusty Vansickle (Diane) of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandchildren, Matthew Brown (Megan), Josh Brown (Jessica), Michael McGough and Ashley McGough, all of Atoka, Tenn. and Jonah Casey of Chattanooga, Tenn.; step-grandchildren, Melanie Vansickle of Munford, Tenn., Rusty Vansickle, Jr. of Las Vegas, Christy Leivozich (Joe) and Jason Bendall (Andrea) of Memphis; five great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Bartlett, Tenn. The family will receive friends today, Nov. 13, 2012 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
