Glenda Sue Cummings, 76, of the Bagley community, passed away on Jan. 5, 2013, in Tampa, Fla. She was a member of Sumiton Church of God, owner of Adventure Bus Charters & Tours, owner of Cummings Poultry and an avid Alabama fan.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Sumiton Church of God. The Rev. Martin Taylor and the Rev. Freddie Bryant will officiate. Burial will follow at New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle T. Cummings; parents, Gus and Edith Hayes; and her brothers, Wallace and Dick Hayes.

Survivors include her children, Larry W. Cummings and his wife Gail of Dora, Stacy Payne and her husband Tom of Bagley and Eugene Hicks and his wife Shirley of Dora; grandchildren, Adam Cummings, Amanda Cummings Bates and her husband Alan, Kaitie Cummings, Kaleb Cummings, Mallory Payne and Bryan Payne; great-grandchildren, Addison and Kenslee Cummings; brothers, Clarence Hayes and his wife Iris and Mike Hayes and his wife Nancy; sister, Wanda Burroughs and her husband Joe; sister-in-law, Evola Hayes; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
