The family will receive friends today, Jan. 22, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Willis Chapel. J.W. Shaw will officiate, Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Johnston is survived by his wife of 62 years, Annie Madison Johnston; daughters, Brenda Arnold (Danny), Deborah McGough (Kenneth) and Sandra Buff (P.K.); very special friend, Brenda Phillips; sister, Frances Tidwell (Bill); brother, Trenton Johnston (Barbara); grandchildren, Carmen McGough Stowers (Steven), Karen McGough, Catherine McGough and Brad Langner; and great-grandchildren, Everett Stowers and Ellen Stowers.
