Curry stayed unbeaten in the Walker County Baseball Tournament.

The Yellow Jackets (4-5) broke a scoreless tie in the bottom of the fourth inning. Freeman delivered a two-out single that drove in both Jarrod Owens and Lane Oliver.

Curry added two insurance runs in the sixth with Jaxon Aaron delivering a two-run single that plated Owens and Oliver.

For Curry, Oliver was 2 for 3 with two runs, Aaron was 1 for 2 with two RBIs, Freeman was 1 for 3 with two RBIs, Houston Harbin was 1 for 3 and Owens scored two runs.

Case Key took the loss for Oakman, striking out nine in seven innings. At the plate, Zac Blanton was 2 for 3.
