Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Bro. Mike Simpson will officiate. Burial will follow at Shanghi Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Marvin A. Stewart and L.B. Sexton; her parents, Thurman and Ivalee Cooper; and her sister, Shirley Jean Harper.
Survivors include her children, Robin Doss (Bill) of Empire, Kim Sexton of Quinton, Todd Stewart (Kay) of Oak Grove and Charity Jones of Quinton; stepson, Petey Sexton of Quinton; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Faye Hughes (Johnny); brothers, Bobby Cooper (Wanda), Wayne Cooper and Eugene Cooper; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
