Alvin Wesley Campbell, 72, of Birmingham, died on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at his residence. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Odom Memorial/Gray Cemetery in Parrish. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Preceding him in death were his son, David Campbell; parents, Charles W. and Grace Marie Campbell; brother, Horace Campbell; and sister, Judy Campbell.

Survivors include his daughters, Cindy Maniscalco, Charlotte Chatham and Sheila Maniscalco, all of Birmingham; four brothers; eight sisters; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
