Let's clean out the notebook...Walker County Commission Chairman Jerry Bishop and the county government was affected by the coronavirus in an unexpected way the other day. Bishop noted after Tuesday's emergency meeting that the security expert hired about a year ago to consult on courthouse security has died from the virus.
